Our Media/Newspaper client in Downtown Crossing is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant for a 20 hour per week, Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm position. $12-$15/hr.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering the main phone line
- Picking up and distributing the mail
- Managing the office database including updating subscriber information
- Provide outstanding customer service to subscribers
Key attributes will be a background as an Office Assistant, patience, and an ability to manage any office task including high-level attention to detail as well as the desire to be in the position long-term. We will not consider people looking for short-term work.
This is a long-term Part-Time position and they are looking to hire immediately!
